Introducing Nebraska natives Bev Larsen and Jacob Larsen, who bring with them a wealth of experience in the industry to ensure property owners and tenants alike are always prioritized. Bev Larsen is the company’s vice president of operations, while Jacob Larsen is Aksarben’s regional manager.
“Owners can expect a customized, personalized touch for each of their portfolios,” Bev Larsen said. “We also will have the best systems and teams in play to help with maximizing the full potential of each property we manage.”
Bev has acquired invaluable knowledge about the industry with 17 years of property management experience under her belt, including in new construction, sales, marketing and lease-ups. She has done it while working across diverse geographic markets with various property types, such as HUD/Section 8, Rural Development and market rate, as well as unique state and federal programs.
Meanwhile, Jacob Larsen has more than five years in the property management industry, having overseen a mixture of single-family, multi-family, and commercial properties within Nebraska and Iowa. He earned his CAM credentials from the National Apartment Association in 2019 and is currently studying for his CAPS credentials.
“Jacob demonstrates the most prominent servant leadership characteristics on a daily basis, and I’m looking forward to seeing the positive impact this will have for our success as we continue to grow,” Bev Larsen said, adding he specializes in building and retaining strong teams.
