There has been a surge in development in recent years along the 38th Street corridor in Columbus, Nebraska, with the additions of Columbus Community Hospital, the Columbus Wellness Center and the upcoming field house; as well as Columbus High School, Pillen Family Farms, Big Apple Bagels, kwELITE and the Parkway Plaza business hub.
So when businessman Robert F. Cruise decided it was time to move his Columbus office, he opted to work with Aksarben Property Management and kwELITE Broker Renee Mueller to develop a new business complex in the area.
The result was Anchor Plaza, a three-unit business complex located along 38th Street that was named after Columbus High School’s anchor display just down the street. The complex houses Cruise’s Cruise & Associates as well as CharterWest Bank so far. He’s working with us at Aksarben Property Management to fill the final office space.
“For the business community, this is one of the locations where there is land available. This town seems to be growing in this direction with more being added for people to do,” Cruise said.
Cruise had plenty of praise for Aksarben Property Management’s services and support.
“They did a great job on getting one of my units leased out at FMV and triple net,” he said.
