kwELITE offers unique unique experience with Parkway Plaza

Being Nebraska’s No. 1 real estate brokerage is no happy accident for kwELITE Real Estate.

It was all very intentional thanks to the vision of Broker/Owner Renee Mueller.

When Mueller partnered with fellow real estate broker Jeff Cohn, the idea was to provide a mix of cutting-edge technology and hands-on personal service via a tech-powered one-stop-shop office in every location. That involves offering clients a simple, customized home buying and selling experience. Clients can now enjoy the flexibility of meeting with a real estate agent, mortgage lender, title company, and insurance agent – in person or virtually – at every step of the transaction.

“We align very well and this was the perfect joint venture,” Mueller said of her partnership with Cohn.

Enter Parkway Plaza, a mixed-use building at 4471 41st Ave. that was built a few years ago with the intent of housing businesses that support one another in order to drive more traffic and provide a convient experience to clients.

The first floor boasts Charter Title & Escrow, All Makes Furniture, Big Apple Bagels and digital marketing firm VRLY Columbus, which has a state-of-the-art podcast studio and a conference room available to use. On the second, kwELITE Real Estate, Aksarben Mortgage, Aksarben Insurance, Applied Connective Technologies, Premier Property Management and Red Door Designs all share office space.

“Most importantly, all these companies all work cohesively to add value to the community,” Mueller said. “I’ve been part of Columbus’ growth for 20-plus years, and I’m fully invested in it.”

Having a hub at Parkway Plaza gives kwELITE Real Estate just another tool to set it apart from others.

“With kwELITE, you’re getting a brokerage made of experts who pride themselves on utilizing the most-innovative technology to help our clients find their dream homes and properties,” she said. “If you stop learning and growing, you might as well give up. I believe you have to always be learning and growing.”
