If you can’t find your dream home on the market, try a new construction home.
We have quite a few clients who come to us looking for the perfect home but they don’t find what they’re looking for among our inventory. That’s why we want to make sure that everyone knows about an alternative option: new construction homes.
We can walk our clients through the entire new construction process from beginning to end, starting by finding the perfect lot. We have several subdivisions available; I’m familiar with the development side of the process, so searching out the perfect location for buyers is one of my passions.
From start to finish, the average build takes six to eight months.
Next, we’ll take a look at floor plans. We already have several homes available for buyers to walk through physically so they can see what the end product might look like for them. If they don’t find that model home that has a perfect floor plan, we also have virtual options available, meaning that we have virtual renderings of completed properties for them to examine. If there are any tweaks that need to be made at that time, we’ll meet with the builder and their team, including the designer.
After that, we’ll move into the contract phase, which involves setting a price for the buyer that includes the upgrades they want to add or subtract. From start to finish, the average build takes six to eight months, depending on how much the client wants to change.
